If you would like to make a donation of clothing, baby items, furniture, or a vehicle, please complete the form below and a representative will contact you to make arrangements for the donation. At this time, we are only able to arrange pick up of donated items on Long Island. Thank you for your generosity! Concern is a Non-Profit Agency. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
